We are seeking a talented and motivated UX/UI Developer to lead all design initiatives. As our first UX/UI Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences for our AI-driven construction platform. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and founders to understand user requirements and convert them into intuitive user interfaces.
- Design and develop responsive user interfaces and interaction flows that align with inBuild’s product vision and brand identity.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform user testing to identify pain points and improve the user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in Figma to communicate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder alignment effectively.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable CSS code to implement designs and ensure consistent user experiences across multiple platforms and devices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX/UI design, AI, and the construction industry.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure accurate and smooth implementation of design elements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of UX/UI processes and workflows within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer or a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficient understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiar with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), Figma, and Canva.
- Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile application design principles.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
